Evaluation of Maintenance Management Process
The qualitative evaluation by PBM of the maintenance management process is intended to enable a first evaluation of the management process using a conventional technical audit of the maintenance personnel and the management. This activity permits evaluating and identifying improvement activities at the level of the following sub-processes:

- Work Planning
- Work Scheduling
- Work Execution
- Work Reporting
